Cricket Club Race Night

The cricket club are holding a race night at the Redgrave Amenities Centre on 16th July. A full evenings racing ( 8 races ) and supper ( Chilli Con Carne plus a dessert. Please let us know if you require a vegetarian alternative ) are included in the evening.

We will be running a pay bar, selling wine, beer and larger as well as soft drinks. Doors open at 6.45 with the first race at 7.15.

There are still a few horses available and we require sponsors for a couple of races, but I expect that these will be sold well before the night, probably within the next week.

Please come along and support your local cricket club. Better still bring a group of friends.

Tickets are now available for sale at £7.50 per person from Graham Kayley, Andy Austin, Danni Strange, Will or Wendy Dawson.

For the fifth consecutive year Redgrave & Bressingham cricket club won the Redgrave Football club quiz night. Well done to the lads.

League Awards Night

The annual League Awards night will be held on Saturday 24th October at the Anglian Windows Sports and Social Club in Norwich. Anyone wishing to go, please contact Graham Kayley as soon as possible, but before 10th October, as he needs to let them know how many people are going. The evening starts at 7.30 pm and the cost is £10 a head, which includes a choice of curries, and as runners in our division, a medal to take home!

Caddy's Stag Do - 19th September 2009

League Success

Sunday 30th was our last league game, and while we had a bit of a disaster against Wicklewood, we none the less finished in a good second place overall in the league. Congratulations to everyone at the club.

First League Win

A win over Great Ellingam gave us a good start to our league campaign. Another 50 run partnership between Andy Austin and Jamie Allen provided the bulk of the runs, and Dave Prince, bowling into the wind, picked up four good wickets. More details.
